For teams of 200 to 5,000

Where your team's agents live.

Your people are already building agents in ChatGPT and Claude. Big Ears gives them a place to build, version and run them properly, on the plans you already pay for, with every agent readable, owned by you, and visible to whoever needs oversight.

  • Works across Claude and ChatGPT
  • Versioned, reviewed, owned

The situation

Your teams are already building agents. Nobody can see them.

01

Prompts live in Notion pages, Slack threads and personal accounts. There is no version, no owner, no review.

02

When someone leaves, the agent they built and tuned for a year leaves with them.

03

Nobody can answer what is running, who changed it, and what it sent without a week of asking around.

04

The two answers on offer are "ban it" or "hope". Neither is a strategy.

What Big Ears is

One place to build, run and oversee your team's agents.

A registry, not a folder.

Every agent has a readable definition, an immutable version history, a changelog and an owner. Proposed changes are reviewed before they go live.

Why not just use Claude Enterprise or ChatGPT Business?

You should, and your teams will keep using them. Both now give administrators real controls: who can build and publish agents, which tools they can reach, approval on write actions, spend limits and usage analytics. Big Ears does not replace any of that. It sits above it.

Their admin controls cover

  • Who can build, run and publish inside that vendor's workspace
  • Which connectors and tools agents may use
  • Spend limits and usage dashboards
  • Approval on write actions

Big Ears adds

  • The same agent definition running in Claude and in ChatGPT, so a vendor change is a setting, not a rebuild
  • An immutable version history, with proposed changes reviewed before they go live
  • What each run looked at, produced and sent, across vendors, in one view
  • Outcomes fed back, so a version can be judged, not just used
  • Starters that already do a job
  • Tools for tracked sending, listening, verified contacts and search monitoring
  • Export of everything as usable files, whenever you want

Their controls govern the tool. Big Ears governs your IP.

Oversight in practice

See every agent, every version, every run.

A manager or reviewer does not need to chase anyone. The workbench shows what a team has built and what it is doing, in one place.

  • Who owns what

Which agents exist and who owns them, per team.

  • Every version

Each version with who proposed it, who approved it and when.

  • Every run

What it looked at, what it produced, and what was sent.

  • Proposed changes

The changes waiting for review, before they go live.

  • The agent's journal

Where each agent logs its mistakes, observations and suggestions.

Oversight of every agent built and run on Big Ears. Not surveillance of your people.

Your IP stays yours

Your prompts are your trade secrets. Treat them like it.

Owned, not licensed.

Everything your team writes is yours: instructions, forks, knowledge bases, outputs and results. Rented cores are ours while you rent them. A source licence is available on request.

Exportable, always.

Full export as usable files on demand, not only at the end of a contract. What you built does not become hostage to the subscription.

Your own instance.

A dedicated instance in your region, operated by us, holding only your data. Scoped access roles for your teams, and nothing shared with any other customer.

Your instructions, your data, your outputs and your forks are yours, forever. Our rented cores are ours, while you subscribe. Starters are free and yours.

How a rollout works

Live in weeks, one phase at a time.

  • Staff run them from their own Claude and ChatGPT plans.
  • Oversight view live.
02

Weeks 3 to 6

Scheduled runs and tools

  • Agents that need to run unattended move to our compute.
  • Tracked sending, listening and monitoring switched on where useful.
03

From week 6

Teams build their own

  • Starters opened to more teams.
  • Review workflow for proposed changes.
  • Monthly tune-up reviews outcomes by version.

Questions

The ones you would ask first.

For running an agent, no. They call it over MCP from their own Claude or ChatGPT account, so day to day they stay in the tools they already use. For building, forking and oversight, yes: that happens in the workbench, where reviewers and managers sign in.

You see the instructions layer, the inputs, the outputs and the changelog for every run, so you can judge exactly what it did. The core logic underneath stays ours while you rent it. If you want the source itself, a source licence is available on request.

On a dedicated instance in your region, operated by us and holding only your data. London (eu-west-2) is available today, and other regions can be provisioned on request. It is never pooled with another customer's data.

You can export everything you built as usable files, on demand, not only at the end of a contract. Your instructions, forks, knowledge bases and outputs are yours to keep. We delete your data from active systems on request, and otherwise to our retention schedule.

No. Agencies can run Big Ears for you, and several already do. It gives them a place to build and show their work, and gives you the oversight to see it.

Yes. Interactive runs can go through your team's own Claude and ChatGPT plans over MCP, and you can bring your own model keys for metered work too. If you would rather not, runs go to the providers we disclose on our subprocessor page.

It shows every agent built and run on Big Ears: who owns it, every version and who approved it, and every run with what it looked at, produced and sent. It does not watch what your staff type into ChatGPT or Claude directly, or anything they do outside Big Ears. It is oversight of the agents, not surveillance of your people.

The first agents are usually written with you in a two-week setup sprint, running from your team's own plans with the oversight view on. Scheduled runs and tools follow over the next few weeks. More teams open up from around week six.

Bring one team. See what runs.

Start with one team and a handful of agents. See them built, versioned and running, with oversight on from day one.
